In April 2025, I attended the Small Church USA (SCUSA) training in order to gain firsthand experience of the program. My goal was to better understand its value so that I could confidently recommend it to the pastors I work with. Terry has developed an exceptional training and coaching ministry that has already helped many pastors and will continue to do so in the future. His passion for ministry is evident throughout the training, and he is continually seeking ways to improve and expand the program so that it can have an even greater impact. During the training, I observed pastors who were genuinely encouraged and energized.
